Several hundred gymnasts and coaches from across the nation spent their holidays
in "sun & fun" attending the gymnastic clinics that were held in Florida and Arizona.
Plus, everyone got to work out on brand new Nissen-Medart apparatus, compliments of
the Nissen Trampoline Company!
In Tucson, the 2nd Annual Western Gymnastics Clinic hosted by the University of Arizona,
had over 400 attendees. Here's a nice shot of a group of gymnasts enjoying an outdoor practice.
Over in Sarasota, Florida, the 12th National Gymnastics Clinic was also the site for the 1963 Pan American Trials. One of the clinic favorite events however is always "Press Day" at Lido Beach!
