Earlier in the month Eddie Cole accompanied my father to Japan where they conducted numerous clinics and demonstrations to help build Japan's interest in the trampoline.
(Note: Twenty-three years later, the 1984 World Trampoline Championships
were held in Osaka, Japan.)
