Vol. 3 #9 (Dec. 1961) "Progress..In Products For Fitness"

As the employees of the Nissen Trampoline Company celebrated Christmas
spirits remained high anticipating the successful year ahead.

Read through the following page for a preview of the new products rolling out in 1962. I've included a few examples of print ads below the page.

Don't miss Bob Bevenour's special tongue-in-cheek recognition of George Nissen's hand
in conceiving many if not all of the new innovations...

To quote:
"This past year we have seen the most startling changes in the history of gymnastic
apparatus come off of the backs of envelopes from his desk."

Earlier in the month Eddie Cole accompanied my father to Japan where they conducted numerous clinics and demonstrations to help build Japan's interest in the trampoline.
(Note: Twenty-three years later, the 1984 World Trampoline Championships
were held in Osaka, Japan.)
On this page, Nissen Sales Reps Rich Harris and Bud Beyer share the trials and tribulations of keeping the clinics going during icy Midwest winters!
